  • Phase 1: Scope Definition
    Determine project scope and functional needs Assist with real estate search and evaluation
  • Phase 2: Concept Development
    Take measurements and photos Create 3D concept model Space planning/layout options utilizing 3D model Create preliminary project estimate and schedule
  • Phase 3: Construction Documents
    Prepare technical CAD drawings for construction and permitting (when applicable) When applicable, manage the plan check process with the city/county until permit is "Ready to Issue" (Contractor will pull the permit once it is RTI)
  • Phase 4: Design Development
    Meet with General Contractors and procure/review bid proposals Prepare inspiration/mood boards Prepare interior elevations and cabinet designs Source finishes and fixtures Ordering and tracking of finishes and fixtures Update project budget and schedule based on selections
  • Phase 5: Project Management
    Site meetings Working through installation details in the field such as tile layouts Quality control Coordination phone calls and emails with Client and Contractor Finding solutions to unforeseen conditions and conflicts and presenting options to the Client including budget and schedule impacts Managing the project budget and schedule throughout construction
