MEET THE DESIGNER

Clancy Simon

Picture
Clancy Simon is a Los Angeles, California based home "fixer upper", providing residential interior design and project management services. Her education spans architecture, construction management, and graphic design. She gained ten years of experience managing construction projects before founding Simon Projects to pursue her passion for interior design.

Clancy focuses on the project as a whole, being mindful that a beautiful design is ineffective if it cannot be executed within the client's budget and timeframe.

Specializing in renovations, Clancy breathes new life into old homes. While preserving original architectural details, she designs new elements consistent with the home's style and adds a modern flair. She has a keen eye for space planning and builds 3D concept models to walk clients through layout options, making sure they understand the advantages of each. Her design style is transitional, mixing elements of classic, farmhouse, and coastal. Starting with a light neutral canvas, she then skillfully layers contrasting colors, metals, textures, and patterns. Clancy strives to deliver the best combination of efficiency, functionality, and aesthetics, maximizing value for her clients.

Simon Projects can provide a wide range of design services from simple styling to full remodels:
